Our take on Ledger CL Card

The CL Card lets Ledger owners keep long-term savings in cold storage and move only what they plan to spend onto a Visa card. It's run by Baanx, the same company behind earlier MetaMask card infrastructure.

It's not cheap. Spending crypto costs 2%, FX costs 1.75%, and ATM fees are flat plus a percentage abroad. The 1% monthly cashback helps a bit. Funding with fiat avoids the 2% crypto fee.

Convenient for Ledger users who value cold storage, but expensive to spend from.
