Quick answer

Kolo is a custodial Visa card that spends USDT, USDC and EURC with no annual or monthly fee. Every card payment carries a 1% fee, and payments in a currency other than the card's add another 1%, so 2% in total. It pays 2% back in BTC for your first 30 days, then 1%, capped at $100 a month, which roughly cancels the payment fee at home. ATM withdrawals cost $1 plus 0.65%, and you can top up on 11 networks including TRON, Solana and Ethereum.

Our take on Kolo

Kolo keeps things simple. You deposit stablecoins on one of 11 networks, including TRON, which matters a lot if that's where your USDT lives, and spend with a Visa card in Apple Pay or Google Pay. There's no annual or monthly fee, and the 10 USDC activation fee goes back into your balance.

The catch is a 1% fee on every card payment, even when you pay with stablecoins, plus another 1% when you pay in a currency other than the card's. Spend $500 at home and you pay $5 in fees; spend it abroad in euros or pesos and it's about $10. The 1% BTC cashback cancels the home fee, so in practice Kolo is close to free for local spending and mid-priced for travel.

ATM fees are some of the lowest around: $1 plus 0.65%. Pull out $200 and you pay about $2.30, plus whatever the ATM operator adds. Limits are $500 per withdrawal and three a day.

Cashback is a nice extra rather than a reason to sign up. It's 2% in BTC for your first month, then 1%, capped at $100 a month and $1 per purchase. That per-purchase cap means anything above $100 earns the same $1 as a $100 purchase, so Kolo rewards lots of small spends, not big ones.

Kolo is custodial, so it holds your balance. The card program runs through regulated partners, and its crypto services moved to a Polish entity at the start of 2026. As with any custodial card, keep your spending money there, not your savings.

A no-drama stablecoin card with wide coverage and cheap ATMs. The 1% payment fee means it's best for local spending where cashback cancels it out, not for travel.
