Our take on Holyheld

Holyheld connects a Visa card and a personal IBAN to your own wallet. You can top up from more than 1,000 assets, and the IBAN lets you receive a salary or freelance payments by SEPA.

Day to day in euros it's cheap: topping up is free, the first 100 domestic payments each month are free, and a domestic ATM withdrawal costs €1. Abroad it gets expensive fast. International card payments cost 2.5% plus €1, so a €20 purchase outside the domestic zone costs €1.50 in fees, and foreign ATM cash costs 2.5% plus €2. Cashback is 0.5% in USDC on the Classic card and 1% on the €199 metal card. Dune and Paymentscan both track Holyheld's onchain spending, which shows it has real users.

Good for self-custody and an IBAN in Europe if you spend in euros at home. Leave it in the drawer when you travel.
