A USDC debit card in the US and Europe, plus a US credit card with up to 4% back in bitcoin.
Quick answer
Coinbase offers a Visa debit card that spends USDC in the US, the EEA and the UK, with no Coinbase ATM fee, and a US-only Coinbase One Card on American Express that pays 2% to 4% back in bitcoin. The credit card needs a Coinbase One membership (Basic costs $49.99 a year), and the 4% rate depends on how much crypto you hold on Coinbase. Both are custodial.

Our take on Coinbase Card
Coinbase now has two cards, and they're for different people. The Coinbase Card is a Visa debit card that spends USDC from your Coinbase account in the US and Europe. Coinbase doesn't charge for ATM withdrawals, though the ATM owner might. It's simple, but it doesn't list a cashback rate.
The more interesting one is the Coinbase One Card, an American Express credit card for US residents. It pays 2% back in bitcoin on everything, rising to as much as 4% on your first $10,000 a month if you hold enough crypto on Coinbase. The catch is that you need a Coinbase One membership. The Basic plan costs $49.99 a year, so you'd need about $2,500 a year of spending at 2% just to cover it.
Because it's a credit card, you pay a monthly bill rather than topping up, and missed payments carry fees of up to $41. Cash advances are expensive at the greater of $10 or 5%.
Coinbase doesn't clearly publish FX fees for either card, so check the app before using one abroad. Everything is custodial, which is the trade-off for Coinbase's easy bank funding and support.
The Coinbase One Card is a strong bitcoin rewards card for US Coinbase users who'll spend enough to cover the membership. The debit card is a simple USDC spending option in the US and Europe.
